Day 10.........
A dusty road and blazing sun... a far cry from the ice cube we know as England.... Today we getting out and about from Mysore... to the next state on... Kodagu.....
We hitched a lift from our local friend Austin who was visiting relatives....
we checked the weather before leaving.... no snow.... no ice.... it was perfect!!!
Following the route of the Cauvery we headed west towards the Tibetan settlement of Krishnarajanagara... and the Golden
Temple...
The road winds through dense Forrest until you reach the market road which is lined in red flags.... kinda trippy seeing this after so much Forrest....

We checked out a few of the shops there... Rob bought some wicked Tibetan blankets and i got a bit of silver.... Its dirt cheap here as most of India is... but thoughts of 35kilo limit on luggage limit my spend... this time...
